A zoning change that could lay the groundwork for a large complex of homes and commercial buildings along part of Route 663 in Milford Township was approved by township supervisors Tuesday. The Arterial Mixed Use Overlay District, approved 2-1, is supposed to encourage unified design of large tracts of land and protect natural resources. Source: the morningcall.com
