RBF has opportunities available for Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers and Engineers with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and professional registration.

Sr. Project Managers & Project Managers will lead a team of engineers and designers in all aspects of design and plan preparation for residential and mixed-use land development projects, design and review civil engineering plans, write proposals, and develop budgets and schedules. Excellent communication skills and the drive to become a leader in the Company, and in the local professional community are essential. Positions require 8+ years of progressively responsible land development experience, and 3+ years of project management experience.

Project Engineers will direct a design team in the preparation of grading and improvement plans for residential and/or mixed-use land development projects, assist in the preparation of proposals and specifications, interface with clients and public agencies. Positions require 4+ years of experience in the design of grading, water, sewer, and storm drain including hydrology/hydraulics.
