• Develop comprehensive plans for the use of land.
• Compile and analyze data on economic, social, and physical factors affecting land use.
• Confer with local authorities to devise and recommend arrangement of land and physical facilities for residential and business properties.
• Coordinate planning issues with consultants and city authorities.
• Prepare entitlement packages for urban planning.
• Use AutoCAD, land use master plan, site analysis, and mixed use community design urban/suburban/new town design.


Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture with Urban Planning emphasis is required. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
